Welcome to Stylist.AI. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Stylist.AI is a mobile application that provides AI-powered personal styling assistance, digital wardrobe management, outfit recommendations, and style advice. The App allows you to catalog your clothing, receive outfit suggestions, and interact with an AI stylist.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

The App offers a free tier with limited features. Free users can access basic wardrobe management and limited AI interactions.

Pro Subscription

Premium features are available through paid subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: Billed monthly through your Apple ID account.
• Annual Plan: Billed annually through your Apple ID account at a discounted rate.

Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's refund process. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Use automated systems to access the App without our permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and represent that you have the right to share such content.

7. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate outfit recommendations and style advice. Please note:

• AI-generated suggestions are for informational and entertainment purposes
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI recommendations
• You are responsible for your own fashion and purchasing decisions

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and code, is owned by Stylist.AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STYLIST.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stylist.AI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
